We’re proud to offer some of the finest traditional hog roasts, spit roasts and barbecues in the country, and we put our quality, in part, down to our locally-sourced produce. All of our hog roast meat is obtained from Essex and Hertfordshire, and we use only free-range pork and lamb, working closely with farmers, bakers and small holders to acquire top of the range, fresh, seasonal food.
